Many clinicians are finding themselves at an inflection point.
I’m here to help.

Who Am I

My name is Jonathan Moss. My parents were a Pediatrician and a nurse who both pivoted several times during the course of their careers. I received my MBA in Healthcare Administration from Boston University, BA from Wesleyan University and have been working in the healthcare industry since 1991. The focus of my efforts has been on valuing the incredible work of our clinicians from both a revenue-recognition standpoint as well as a well-being (fighting burnout) perspective. With a dedicated and successful background in organizational behavior, engagement, revenue, finance, fitness, clinician well-being, non-profit administration and coaching…
I’m here to help.

From pre-med training, medical school through residency and perhaps fellowship, clinicians have been heads-down dedicated to their education, striving to learn impeccable quality care and providing effective service to the community. Despite those years being a significant life challenge, they are associated with a finite goal – completion. What sometimes can feel ultimately insurmountable and less finite is yet to come… life as a career clinician.
School debt burdens, personal finances, productivity, and the pressures inherent with working shifts, managing workflow, using systems along with the EMR, and being there for your patients, colleagues, friends, family, and (don’t forget) yourself!
Since 2017, I’ve focused much of my discretionary time to furthering the lifestyles of physicians. While the pandemic has been an accelerant of so much – including accelerating innovation, remote work adoption, care pathways, vaccine development… it has also clearly been the flammable substance dramatically magnifying burnout among care-givers.
My “COVID emergence” offer… to the clinician community:
Contact me for free consultation, connection, discussion… even if just for commiseration. I will share perspectives, ask questions, share resources/referrals, and request feedback. While I can’t promise a panacea, I can guarantee providing a few action steps worthy of consideration to strive towards an improved personal future.
